To ensure 100% customer satisfaction we don't accept orders through texts/DMs.
Please email captivatingcandles.byfredricka@gmail.com for any questions or concerns. All emails will be answered in less than 24 hours. When contacting us about an order please provide us with your name (first and last) and order number.
Return/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not have a return/exchange policy unless there has been a mistake on our behalf. No refunds. No exchanges. No cancellations.
Order Pickup Policy
Pickup for your orders is an option. If you would like to pickup your order, you must:
1. Email captivatingcandles.byfredricka@gmail.com with your first and last name, and the products that you would like.
2. I will respond back telling you when and where to meet me to pickup your order. All orders must be picked up by the shopper.
You can pay with cash or card when you choose pickup to receive your orders.
Shipping Policy
We will be using USPS for shipping your packages. A tracking number will be provided through email after we have shipped it off. We are NOT responsible for your package after it has been shipped off. Please contact USPS if you have any issues with your package.
